Ren Residence is a collaboration between Gaya Kuasa Sdn Bhd and Juta Asia Corporation Sdn Bhd. Gaya Kuasa, established in 2002, is a dynamic property development company focused on sustainable projects, including commercial buildings, high-rise residential, and integrated developments. Our portfolio includes boutique residential projects like Zehn Bukit Pantai, GenKL, and Sastra U-Thant, as well as Residensi Wilayah's Aman Jalil (Phase 1), which sold out successfully.
